At St Eval, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your unused candles or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
